L'intervento consists of the renovation of a building from the early twentieth century, located in the center of Chiesa in Valmalenco (SO) and the redevelopment of a disused area, all with lovely views and excellent exposure!

Il project involves the renovation of a historic building on Via Roma that will be divided into 15 apartments:

- 9 apartments of 50 sqm., with sunny balconies;

- 6 three-room apartments of 75 sqm., 1 with garden privato.

La type of materials, which will be used for reconstruction, will need to comply with the features of the old buildings of the past, for this reason it will be made extensive use of local stone which the coil and the golden Valmalenco. The finishing of the building shell will be partly "Satin Stone" and partly plaster rasato.

Il roof will be made of wood type double room with ventilation, properly insulated and waterproof, with a tiled roof Valmalenco;

Per as regards facilities, will be used the most modern and efficient materials for containment and energy saving; domestic hot water production plant health will also be produced with solar heating. The use of these materials will get a building Energy Classification in class B.
