L'immobile fa parte del Padiglione A dell'Autoporto di Gorizia direttamente situato all'uscita dell'autostrada A34. Il capannone ha una superficie di 600 mq. ed è dotato di banchina per carico e scarico camion. Di pertinenza del capannone c'è un ampio spazio antistante con posti per parcheggio auto. L'area dell'Autoporto è recintata e sorvegliata 24 ore su 24, con la disponibilità di servizi aggiuntivi come la pesa elettronica, lo scarico e carico con mezzi di sollevamento, servizi igienici (bagno e docce) in comune.
