The interventions are carried out after the formation of a PRPC of public or private initiative with the following rules:
Admitted building types:

Distance from the borders = 5 ml.
H (maximum height) = 3 floors (however less than 10 ml.)
Q (Report coverage:) max = 35% .
Resident parking spaces: 1 m q / 10 mc.
Relaxation car parks: 1 parking space / 3 beds + 60% of the Commercial Profit area
Equipped green area at the service of tourism: mq.3 / 1 bed place
It is forbidden to provide direct road access from provincial road. In this context, G2 identifies the location of a covered pitch for the separate collection of solid urban waste (eco copy).
