Villa Magnolia is located in Northern Italy in the welcoming town of Besozzo a few kilometers from the picturesque Lake Maggiore. Besozzo is conveniently located near the main motorways which allow you to quickly reach Milan, Venice, Turin, and the cities of nearby Switzerland.

The villa is partially restored and habitable. It is divided into 2 parts, new and old. In the new part, totally renovated and furnished, on the ground floor there are 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 room with wheelchair slide and 1 spacious storage room, while on the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower for disabled people, 1 bathroom with shower and hydromassage tub, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 walk-in closet. This wing of the villa of approximately 400 m2 is suitable for hosting 7 adult guests.

In the old part there are 3 floors: basement, ground and first. In the basement there is 1 medieval stone and stone tavern with fireplace, wood-burning oven and kitchenette, boiler area, wood storage, cellar, pantry and safe. In front of the independent entrance of the tavern there is 1 service apartment for the caretakers furnished with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The tavern is connected to the ground floor via 2 internal stairs that lead to the main glass entrance (veranda) and the furnished and functioning kitchen.
