Originally a barn, it has now been partially renovated and is easily habitable.
On the first floor there is the living space, which has been created after the renovation.
Overlooking the terrace is the entrance.
This leads to the living area, which consists of a large living room with a wood-burning fireplace and kitchenette.
From the windows, which make the room bright and well ventilated, you can enjoy the view of the surrounding greenery.
The sleeping area, also on the same floor, includes a double bedroom, a small bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
On the ground floor there is the area that has not been renovated, but still livable, with rooms that have remained with their old uses.
Through a first room, now used as a tool storage room, you access what was the old kitchen.
The wood-burning fireplace is still perfectly functional and the adjoining pantry is still cool and comfortable.
The room where the stable used to be has remained intact; so spacious, it can be used for whatever you like.
On the second floor there is a large attic, which is still very useful.
The rustico is surrounded by 40,000 sqm of land, in which there is also a small building, useful as a storage room or tool shed.
