In Capovalle, a mountain village on the border with Trentino, we offer a renovated old rustic house.
The rustic house is located at an altitude of 1000 metres, in a quiet area, only 1 km from the village and about 10 km from Lake Idro.
Surrounded by greenery, the rustic house enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the mountains of Trentino and Valle Sabbia.
The rustic house, renovated in the 1980s, has three floors.
On the basement floor there is a kitchen, storeroom, two rooms and a bathroom.
On the mezzanine floor there are 3 rooms and the large barn.
On the first floor there is another bedroom and the attic.
The rustic is equipped with electricity, water from a cistern and septic tank.
The rustic is surrounded by large land of about 18,500 square metres, partly used as a lawn and partly as woodland. On the land, a short distance from the cottage, there is a small tool shed.
