The apartment is located in a multi-family villa within a PRIVATE AREA of 3 VILLAS, with entrance from Via Lungomare 101. It has a view of the Lake Paola, is spread over 2 levels (ground floor and first floor) and can ideally accommodate 5 people + 1 child.

EQUIPMENT: Inside there are TV, vacuum cleaner, iron, hairdryer, large fridge, freezer with 4 large drawers, gas stove, washing machine, dishwasher, fan in the double bedroom (there is no air conditioning).

The BEACH is approximately 150 meters away and can be reached on foot in a few minutes, crossing the seafront and going down the dune, directly onto the sand.
At this point of the coast the beach is particularly wide, with fine golden sand, and the possibility of renting sunbeds and umbrellas, or it is enjoyable in the long stretches of free, little-frequented beach. From May to October this stretch of beach in front of the house (adjacent to Saporetti) is well equipped with a beach volleyball court, five-a-side football, bars, open-air restaurants for eating comfortably on the beach, renting umbrellas, sunbeds, canoes, pedal boats, doing surfing courses, as well as beautiful horseback riding.
TORRE PAOLA, the rocks and the dam next to the Roman canal can be reached on foot, while by canoe or pedalo you can reach the caves of Monte Circeo and the pebble beaches of the rocky coast .
The LAKE can also be reached on foot along the paths on the sand dunes. In TORRE PAOLA numerous trekking routes reach the summit of Circeo.

POPULATION CENTRES: the closest is Mezzomonte, 5km away, also reachable by bike (equipped with pharmacy, supermarket, newsagent, hardware store, restaurants, tennis, equestrian centre).
Sabaudia and San Felice are 8 km away. A SHUTTLE, which stops in front of the house, connects the seafront to these centers all day long.
FROM THE PORT of San Felice there are daily connections with PONZA and the PONTINE ISLANDS.
