Passo Rolle is part of the main local road that connect the 2 famous turistc towns of San Martino di Castrozza and Predazzo.

The position of the lot is strategically great with a strong touristic vocation both in winter, where it is possible to ski among the "Dolomiti Superski" slopes and in Summer as a perfect starting point for faboulos walking/Hiking/Climbing Trips.

The position is crucial also because of the future approved project of 43million euros to built the cable car that link the town of San martino di Castrozza with passo Rolle Itself.

That permissions allow the owner of the land to built a 4 storey Hotel Comlex with one more as a basament intended as a garage with a total volume of 3740 cubic meters above ground and 1905 cubic meters underground. The Hotel has a total of 60 beds planned.

The permissions are currently valid and the excavation work are done already.
