The farm extends over 176,000 meters (17 hectares) of land, 5 of which are in a single block with stone buildings arranged around the central courtyard.
The main building, used as a farmhouse, is on three floors of 90 m2. about each. On the ground floor there is a dining room, kitchen, pantry, bathroom already suitable for disabled people, cellar for curing cured meats; on the first floor four bedrooms all with bathroom and on the second (attic) a 35 m2 studio apartment. and an attic of 55 m2.

There are two other small buildings partially to be renovated for a total of 170 m2
