Magnifico magazzino con ingresso da un vicolo molto caratteristico del centro storico di Pitigliano, caratterizzato da un ambiente al piano terra completamente ristrutturato e completo di angolo cottura e bagno ed altri due livelli completamente scavati nel tufo, anch'essi ristrutturati e dotati di impianto elettrico, di cui uno seminterrato con una piccola finestrella, molto grande e veramente caratteristico, mentre l'altro completamente interrato che rappresenta il vero e proprio tinaio di una volta. Completamente ristrutturato nel 2008, si è cercato di mantenere il più possibile l'aspetto autentico ed affascinante di questi ambienti di un tempo.
