Reference UMB9002 - Enel sells a building plot of flat shape and a total cadastral area of 3,240 square meters, consisting of two contiguous lands located in the Municipality of Piegaro respectively identified in the Land Cadastre of the Municipality of Piegaro with maps 457 and 484 of Sheet 17
The area for sale, located north-east of the Municipality of Piegaro in the province of Perugia, can be reached from the town by following the SS 320 for about 9.5 km, then continuing through the SP 340 for another 1, 5 km and finally on less important roads in the direction of the town of Castiglion Fosco up to the road that connects it to Vocabolo Arcisa.
An urban level, whose current instrument of the current Municipality of Piegaro is divided into:
- PRG structural part (variant of adaptation to the PTCP) approved with act nn. 91 of the CC dated 15/12/2005;
- PRG operational part (variant of adaptation to the PTCP) approved with act nn. 92 of the CC dated 15/12/2005;
The land identified with the Fg. 17 map 457 NCT falls in an area intended for «Private green area - EV» - art. 35 of the Technical Implementation Rules - while the land identified with the Fg. 17 map 484 NCT falls under «Residential conditional expansion area - C1» - art. 33.2 of the Technical Implementation Rules.
