The farm occupies a good part of a southern slope of a relief that develops at a minimum altitude of 175 m above sea level (valley floor of a tributary of the Rio Chiorro) at a maximum altitude of 355 m with predominantly South, South-East exposure. It extends for 21.2802 hectares, constituting a single body with the exception of a modestly sized coppice plot (mixture of Carpino and Roverella), located a few tens of meters from the main body.
