WHERE: in Diano Castello, a medieval village three kilometers from the sea. In the village there is a supermarket, with tobacconist's, newspaper shop and attached bar. A bus service that runs in the main hours (morning, noon and evening) .

State of maintenance: excellent. A high-level renovation, with a search for materials. The materials used are all high-end: Hardrock Max for roof insulation. Aquascud for waterproofing terraces. Cycle '700 plasters by Fassa Bortolo used for the restoration of historic walls such as in the fronts of Via dell'Abbondanza in Pompeii. Mortar of Allettamento 770 by Fassa Bortolo for the restoration of the external walls. Lime and poor marble from the "Follow your INSTINCT" line by Giorgio Graesan & Friends. Calce del Brenta was used for the painting, lime used by the Chinese, Phoenicians and Greeks. The bathrooms and the counters of the kitchenettes have been treated with Epox Easy System resin.
