In the frame of the Renaissance Florence, our exclusive terraclea palace of approx. Approximately 1,800, five floors above ground. This palace is one of the oldest belonging to the House of the Altovites and is still present in typical fourteenth-century forms, enhanced by a restoration carried out in 1955. portals surmounted by ogival arches and, in the two on the right and in the center, by architrave. The vestment of the building is composed of squared stone sketches, which in the upper floors are replaced by the simplest visible filaretto. On the ground floor there are commercial funds to income, the remaining plans of about 1,200 square meters vary from apartments to offices. The floors can be reached by a central lift. The building is subject to restrictions by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage.
