3-room flat via della Fontana, Centro, Diano Castello

WHERE: Varcavello, which is located halfway between Diano Marina and Diano Castello, or two kilometers from the sea, more or less. Its peculiarity is that, although it is only a fraction, there are the pharmacy, the supermarket, the tobacconist and also the newsagent. Three of those stores are enclosed in one, like far west grocery stores, but the important thing is that there are. The shops are in the new area, the old village, however, is made up of a single pedestrian street with houses on the sides. Two-story houses, without a balcony, because there would be no space. WHAT: The apartment we have for sale does not overlook the pedestrian street, but outwards, looks at the hill, that's why it has a terrace and a parking space. It is located in an old stone house (a rustic) on the first floor. It has two entrances, one from the narrow street inside the village and one from the one where the cars pass. The approximately ninety square meters are distributed between two bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen (large enough to eat six of us, if desired) which overlooks the gigantic terrace. And even if I never put photos of the bathroom, in this case I cannot fail because it deserves a separate mention: double sink, shower and bathtub. The heating is autonomous with the radiators powered by a natural gas boiler. Under the house the parking space closed and covered by a green metal pergola.
MAINTENANCE STATUS: The house has been renovated well, there is no work to be done, not even the colors on the walls, and the owners would leave the furniture (apart from a few personal pieces).
NEGATIVE NOTES: the houses around are not all renovated.
No noise is heard. POSITIVE NOTES: ready to live in, but above all a unique house with vaulted ceilings and stone walls.
