The restoration intervention has preserved and enhanced the typical features and existing architectural elements. The external facades have been recovered with lime-based plaster; inside, all the vaulted rooms on the ground floor and the original staircases have been enhanced. On the first and second floor, the typical rooms covered in Swiss pine wood (stua) have been preserved and restored.
The Residence, in addition to being characterized by the aforementioned elements, has been renovated with high quality materials, with particular attention to thermal and acoustic insulation, flooring and external installations.
