Hotel for Rent

At the foot of Mount Summano, in the pre-Alpine area in the province of Vicenza, along a cycle-pedestrian nature trail included in the "Cammini Veneti - Fogazzaro Roi" program, there is an ancient rural village called "Le Lujare" built at the end of the nineteenth century. Between history and landscape, surrounded by the Astico Torrent, the Borgo delle Lujare was a refuge for soldiers during the Great War, and then became a rest stop for the workers of the then thriving Lanerossi of Piovene Rocchette.
The village is divided into two structures, the first composed of four buildings with an internal courtyard, of which the main one, characterized by a large portico with columns in local stone and developed on two floors above ground, was used as a residence, while the others three were respectively a warehouse with a house above, a cellar and a stable with woodshed.
The second structure, which is about thirty meters away, was used as a residence and divided into two real estate units arranged on two floors, in addition to the attic.
The restoration of 2015 changed their original destination: the courtyard buildings are now a large RESTAURANT developed on two floors, with an adjacent CONFERENCE ROOM with BAR, and accommodation for the possible owner or caretaker; the second structure is now a HOTEL.
The accommodation facilities of the Borgo, which due to its position and shape guarantees a lot of privacy, are aimed both at tourists interested in local excursions and the Fogazzaro - Roi cultural route, and at workers and professionals linked to Forge di Velo d'Astico, which are a few kilometers to the north. There is a large private car park, with forty parking spaces and stalls for motorcycles, completely under video surveillance. In fact, in the external spaces serving the structures there are 15 cameras connected to a security service. The project has been developed down to the smallest details both in terms of the spaces, which are divided into each other with respect for the places and the landscape, and for as regards the technological systems designed to make the structures autonomous from an energy point of view.
The hotel structure, divided into large spaces used for reception and refreshment on the ground floor, with eight rooms available, furnished and with attention to the smallest details, on the two upper floors, has an A3 energy classification; it is equipped with a 6kw photovoltaic system for the production of electricity, a solar thermal system for underfloor heating and domestic hot water, an air conditioning system and a rainwater recovery system with a 10,000 liter storage tank connected, through a system of filters and pumps, to all toilet flushes and household appliances.
