"Pieve del Niccone" - The ancient ''Pieve del Niccone'' of 1,150 square meters is located 9 km from Umbertide (PG), in a overlooking position with beautiful views of both the Umbrian Altotiberina Valley and the Niccone Valley.
The structure still preserves the ancient aspect of a former monastery, with a country church, a typical courtyard inside the building, divided by a stone staircase that in antiquity led to the upper floors used as a dwelling while the lower ones were used as shelter animals and warehouses.
