Vignale, a picturesque town located on the hills of Monferrato, was already known in Roman times. The village, of medieval origin, belonged to the Marquisate of Aleramici. The house is located in the town center, a stone's throw from the main square. The entrance is on the hallway, with an open staircase that allows access to the floors. The ground floor consists of a dining room with kitchenette, and an adjacent bedroom that can be used as a living room. The rooms have access to the terrace. On the mezzanine floor we find the good sized bathroom. The first floor consists of two bedrooms, one with a balcony, and the other with a panoramic terrace. Pertaining to the rooms there is a service bathroom. The basement floor consists of an ancient cellar, with direct access to the courtyard behind the house, in which there is an evacuation room that can be used as a garage.--1e8689361909e4dbf0a253c055f318ba!
