Building land for Sale

The building area of 2,795.00 m2 is inserted in the municipal territory of Cinisello Balsamo and zoned according to the current PRG as a TCP1 area (Consolidated Productive Fabrics) with a functional production purpose. On the area there is a two-storey abandoned building for offices and laboratories of 940 m2 built in the 1960s and is entirely fenced and complete with electricity and sewerage connections.
The area was the subject of environmental investigations concluded with a favorable outcome in compliance with industrial limits (Legislative Decree 163/06).
Based on the current PTG, the GFA of new construction is equal to 3,633.50 m2. with direct intervention
