Known as IL QUARTIERE, in memory of the presence of a coastal navigation quarter, this historic POMONTE house was renovated in 2016 and is completely new, well furnished and equipped with high quality finishes.

Thanks to its unique position directly on the sea, its guests can enjoy a wonderful holiday in one of the most suggestive corners of COSTA DEL SOLE, in the small fishing village of POMONTE.

The house consists of 4 apartments, each on a different level.

The CAPRAIA apartment is located on the 1st floor with beautiful view of the sea, the sunsets and the islands of Capraia and Corsica: it is a bright two-roomed apartment of 35 square meters composed of a double bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed (third bed) and modern open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob, column fridge and everything you need to enjoy a vacation in comfort. Next to the living room, there is the terrace equipped with table and chairs for lunch and dinner outdoors with sea view.

The PIANOSA apartment is located on the ground floor, in a quieter position than the other apartments in the house: it is a bright two-room apartment of 30 square meters composed of a living room with open kitchen and a double bedroom equipped with a third bed. The kitchen has a dishwasher, induction hobs and a column fridge, as well as everything you need to enjoy a holiday in comfort.
Next to the living room, there is a covered veranda, equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining, from which you can enjoy a view of the sea, the surrounding countryside, the town of Pomonte and the mountains.

All the rooms have air conditioning and Wifi.
A coin-operated washing machine is available to guests in the laundry room.

At 10 meters from the house there is the WRECK BEACH, which owes its name to the wreck of a cargo ship sunk in 1972 only 150 meters from the shore. This beach is also called Il Quartiere Beach, just like this house!
The wreck, lying on the bottom from 2 to 13 meters deep, is easily reachable by swimming or pedal boat and can be seen very well swimming on the surface with the mask. Don't miss the spectacle of the wreck and its many colorful inhabitants: the local fish!
