The renovation works are as follows:
- the foundations on the ground floor, with brick partition walls, and resurfacing of the floors, replacement of beams, replacement of wooden doors and windows, new sewage and water system, installation of new fixtures and fittings, including terracotta floors, wooden doors, and decorated plaster walls in line with the original decorations, sandblasting of the external stones and grouting with traditional local plaster.
