From the living area you have access to a large and beautiful terrace: the flagship of this property; the terrace, in fact, of over 65 square meters is therefore larger than the mini apartment itself and enjoys a beautiful view of both the roofs of Ortigia and the sea looking towards the east. Even the well-renovated terrace is equipped with every comfort with water as well, an external kitchenette, there are plenty of shaded areas with a large wooden gazebo and garden umbrellas, as well as obviously comfortable outdoor sofas to enjoy pleasant cocktails outside. at dusk, the large terrace is illuminated in the evening by particular lights that create a particular atmosphere. A short distance from this lovely apartment are all the historical attractions of the island: temples, churches, museums and many restaurants where you can taste the Syracuse specialties including first and second courses up to the inevitable pastry delicacies including cannoli and cassate. The area is well served commercially with many shops, we are five minutes walk from the lush Ortigia market; we are also just 100 meters from the sea and from a beach with equipped solarium.
