The other areas inside the walls, such as small squares with gravel, paved areas and lawns annexed to the buildings extend for a further 3655mq. from the roofs of the convent and the cloister, and a rustic outbuilding for the shelter of garden equipment and partially used as a technical room. The complex, recently renovated, is in an excellent state of preservation, and is completely furnished. Climate control, it is equipped with a heating system divided into different climatic zones and a solar thermal system for the production of domestic hot water. For the purposes of fire prevention, a smoke detection system connected to the fire alarm system equipped with a centralized control panel divided into different areas is also present in all the rooms of the complex.
