Lands in Borgo San Siro (PV), Via Roma - SINGLE LOT The lands are registered at Land Registry of City of Borgo San Siro at sheet 5: Parcels 855 - 856 - 860 - 861 - 862 - 863 - 864 - 865 - 870 - 876 - 877 - 879 - 880 The lands are located at the limits of the municipality and partly border with an industrial area and partly with a residential area. The previous owners had signed an agreement with the municipality for a development plan that included the completion of primary and secondary urbanization works. The subdivision provided the construction on the 855 particle of a subsidized building, while for all the other particles envisaged housing for the free market. Currently the area is only partially fenced. The constructed works are not very visible as the whole area is uncultivated.
