MDP-003 - Bathing establishment for sale in Marina di Pietrasanta, famous tourist resort of Versilia.
The structure, built in 1967 and completely renovated in 1994, thanks to the union of two neighboring plants and related concessions, offers a large sea front of 60 meters for a beach depth of about 130 meters, making it one of the rare maritime state concessions, with this size type, on the entire coast.
The amplitude of the beach allowing it to host 70 tents, very spaced between them; at the expense of greater privacy, the number of tents installed, could easily be doubled, while maintaining spaces between them.
The large car park, for over 50 cars, welcomes us at the entrance of the bathing establishment, which is in fair maintenance condition.
The structure consists of three buildings, where are located the management, the toilets and dressing room for people with disabilities, 63 cabins well designed, of which 47 with shower, the bar used to prepare hot dishes, with a beachfront space for lunches and dinners with a capacity of about 100 people.
At customer service, of which about 80% seasonal, there is a wonderful swimming pool overlooking the beach, of 23,5x9,5 meters, with Jacuzzi and children’s pool, surrounded by comfortable sunbathing areas.
To complete the bathing establishment, for sale in Marina di Pietrasanta, three holiday homes, the largest, about 140 square meters, offers living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms; the second of about 90 square meters, has living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The third and last unit, of about 40 square meters, spread over two levels, is characterized by living area, a bedroom and a bathroom.
