On the ground floor, overlooking the pool of 16x8 meters, are located the office, the toilets also for people with disabilities, 85 cabins all designed to accommodate the shower (including 8 already with shower), the bar and the restaurant, all at the service of a clientele that for 85% is seasonal.
The bar and the restaurant, which can comfortably accommodate 150 people on the covered patio overlooking the sea and the beach, are equipped with a food elevator connected to the large industrial steel kitchen located in the basement below and accompanied by handouts, one with cold rooms, storage room, dressing room and bathroom for staff.
Moreover, on the beach side basement, there is the technical rooms for the pool, and a large space with some cabins, a bathroom and a multipurpose room, all connected to the beach by two independent external stairs, one for guests while the other for employees.
To complete the structure, in the promenade side basement, there are two large rooms, with independent access from the outside, one for the storage of beach furniture during the winter period, the other is used as a room for the guardianship, also equipped with a bathroom.
