Farmhouse via Pianaccio Vecchio, Pianaccio, Lizzano in Belvedere

PIANACCIO The house I'm talking about is free on 4 sides, its main windows face east and from them you can see the built-up area of MonteAcuto and from there the infinity of the mountains illuminated by the afternoon sun.
The house is arranged on three floors plus a cellar floor: on the ground floor there is the living room with wooden beams and the dining room with a suggestive fireplace, the characteristic antique sink in poor ceramic and many lids for the pans hanging on the walls. Also on this floor there is the bathroom.
Through the stone staircase with rough lime plaster, I go up and find two rooms with chestnut wood floors blackened and shaped by time (they are a bit crooked but exciting) .
Under on the living room floor there is another bedroom which I can also access from the garden, there is also the cellar and the "Buco" bathroom: never heard of a hole that drains below ...
Everything is original and nothing it was changed during the "frenetic" years 70/80 / 90.
All here is to be recovered.
The meters of this house are right for three stable people. The arrangement, however, is ideal for hosting two other friends downstairs in a solution of short rents for foreign or local tourists who love historic mountain villages, not too far from connections (the train is only 15 minutes away) .
The house is in Pianaccio, a medieval village three kilometers from Lizzano in Belvedere and fifteen minutes from the slopes of Corno alle Scale
I leave the house and reach the car I left in the center, in the church parking lot. As I walk the few steps that separate the house from the parking lot where I left the car, I walk the narrow streets of the past ... some person who notices me, I see them through the windows, we exchange greetings as we always do in mountains ... in an instant here I am at the Church and at my car ...
What a wonder I think.
Here you can breathe good mountain air and many stories from the past ....
Here in Pianaccio there is a bar inn connected with an excellent restaurant (Antica Locanda Alpina), a church and the museum dedicated to Enzo Biagi who was born right here.
The bus passes only in the most important hours: morning, and evening.
There is only one road in the village, crosses it all and then ends at the Segavecchia Refuge.
Here everything, from stone houses to blades of grass, seems made for our peaceful days and to do whatever we want ... even stopping at read a book on the same bench next to Enzo Biagi.
