We are pleased to be able to present the great work of this conservative restoration of an eighteenth-century building in the historic center of Turin: the historic Augustinian convent between via delle Orfane and via Santa Chiara turns into a contemporary condominium with a multiplicity of forms and uses: a new concept of living history and the future at the Quadrilatero of Turin. A new idea of condominium has been created, suitable for the contemporary dynamic class of young professionals, PhD students, commuters of knowledge and anyone who chooses Turin even for a medium period. Inside the ancient rooms of the convent are transformed into apartments of various sizes, from the open space studio apartment to the multiple room, the result of a study on the single living cell which is extremely functional and minimal but inserted in an existing context.
