Beach for Sale

The bathing establishment in question is divided into five parts, a car park, two carriages of lateral and parallel cabins, a central area, the beach. The car park is equipped with a sliding gate, a shade shelter and numerous native trees. In the final part there is a ping pong table, a service area with washing machines and a covered shed.

- The first carriage is located on the Massa side and is made up of: 16 cabins
a bathroom and a changing room for disabled people, a real estate unit used as a residential house with kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and external veranda, bar, kitchen, employee changing room, cabin block with 16 private cabins, twelve of which with hot shower, two with hot shower and toilet.

- The second wagon is located on the Viareggio side and is composed of: 24 cabins

The swimming pool: has irregular dimensions, has an average surface area of 18x9, with a depth of varies from 1.5 m to 1.2 m, for a total of 173 m2 of sea water, is equipped with a heat exchanger for heating the water, a system with double pump and diatomaceous filters, canalization for direct filling from the beach. The pool is covered with original Bisazza mosaic, the floors are exclusively in wood and natural stone. The garden is accompanied, near the beach, by a small corner where the external showers are located and by a pedestrian path that leads directly from the parking area to the beach.

The beach has a sea front of 26.5 m, is furnished with 64 Excellently made wooden curtains, measuring 3x2.5 ml. All equipped with a storage table with lock, double sunbed, director's chair and deckchair. All the beach equipment is professional in aluminum and PVC canvas.

The establishment has been regularly frequented by the same families for many years, largely with seasonal, bi-monthly and monthly subscriptions.
