In the Panoramic area we offer a two-room apartment in a newly built building, just renovated, and fully furnished and equipped with parking space and internal courtyard. The building is located in a comfortable and quiet area 2km from Via Emilia (Piratello) and one kilometer from the center of Montecatone Rehabilitation Institute.
The accommodation is located on the ground floor, with easy access for the disabled, bus stop a few meters away, furnished , fully equipped, air-conditioned, heating and floor, dishwasher, washer dryer, television, equipment for cleaning the house, outdoor green area and linen change every 14 days.
The fee, including charges and utilities, is required for:
- 60 € per day for a minimum stay of one week
- 50 € per day for a minimum stay of two weeks
- 40 € per day for a stay from 15 days onwards
