This property is situated few steps from the town centre, this hamlet is in the middle of the UNESCO site of Val d'Orcia, dated back to '700 a.C with the name of San Quirico was before a site of Etriscan before and Romans then.
Place of touristic interest as Pienza, Montepulciano and Monalcino are not further than 30km, Siena and Florence are 60 and 120 km far.

DESCRIPTION

The building is on three levels, it has a main entrance and the one from the garage. On ground floor, besides garage and technical rooms there's a beautiful basement with a large table, kitchen and a big fireplace for coocking; moreover there's a cellar a bathroom and a laundry room.
On first floor, in front of the entrance there's the access to the large living room, linked by a brick arch to the dining room. The kitchen is accessible both from the living room and the entrance.
The second floor is accessible by a wooden stair, that takes to the bedrooms and the night area of the villa.
