ALLISTE, antico granaio posizionato nel centro storico del comune di Alliste. Struttura che risale alla fine dell'800, completamente integra, ma che necessita di un sostanziale restauro. L'edificio serviva alla lavorazione ed alla conservazione del grano poichè confinante con il forno del paese, da cui prende il nome la strada (al tempo l'unico forno, poichè posizionato nel centro del paese). Inoltre l'immobile veniva utilizzato, nella zona del piano terra, come abitazione per i proprietari del forno; infatti il granaio è composto al piano terra da due ampi locali con volte a stella e due grandi camini tipici salentini, oltre a piccolo vano di servizio, mentre al piano primo si trovano i locali utilizzati alla conservazione del grano; da una scala interna si può accedere sul lastricato solare dove si può godere la vista del paese e della zona circostante. 
L'immobile ben si presta alla realizzazione di una struttura turistico ricettiva, come ad esempio bed and breakfast, oppure piccolo ristorante di cucina tipica.

Alliste è un piccolo paese della provincia di Lecce (da cui dista 53 km) in Puglia e comprende anche la Frazione di Felline.
Si colloca in una valle compresa tra la “Serra Orientale” e la “Serra Costiera”, presso la costa del mar Ionio. Confina a nord con il comune di Racale, ad est e a sud con il comune di Ugento e ad ovest con il mar Ionio. 
Vicinissimo alle marine di Taviano e Racale vi è il litorale di Alliste, lungo invece 7 km, a scogliera bassa con mare cristallino e pescoso. Esso si affaccia sul versante Ionico e sono distanti pochi chilometri l’una dall’altra: Torre Suda con la sua Torre Costiera (XVI sec); Capilungo e Posto Rosso con il basso litorale roccioso, costellato da piccole insenature, da un mare limpidissimo e dalla vegetazione della macchia mediterranea.

Old barn located in the historic center of the town of Alliste . Structure that dates back to the 800, completely intact, but that requires a substantial restoration. The building served the processing and preservation of the grain because of the country bordering the oven , from which it takes its name from the street (at the time the only oven , as positioned in the center of the country) . In addition, the property was used in the area of the ground floor as a residence for the owners of the oven , because the barn is on the ground floor consists of two large rooms with vaulted ceilings and two large chimneys typical Salento , in addition to small service area , while the first floor are the rooms used for the preservation of wheat by an internal staircase you can access on the roof terrace where you can enjoy the view of the village and the surrounding area.
The property lends itself well to the creation of a tourist accommodation , such as bed and breakfast or small restaurant serving local cuisine .

 Alliste is a little town in the province of Lecce (far 53 km from it) and it includes the little town of Felline too. 
It is situated between « Serra Orientale «  and « Serra Costiera », on the Ionian coast. On the north, it is bordered by the town of Racale and on the est and south by the town of Ugento, whereas on the west by the sea. 
The promenade of Alliste is quite a long one(7 km) characterized by low cliff and  magnificent view on the clear water of the Ionian sea. Torre Suda and its Torre Costiera (XVI century), Capilungo and Posto Rosso are near to it and are well known in the area for thier transparent waters, little inlets and the presence of the mediterranean bush.
