Salento - RACALE, historic building stately built between the late nineteenth and early twentieth century, located in the historic center of the town of Racale. The dwelling is an ancient residence of the then single doctor in the country. Over time the property provides a substantial renovation in the home: the remake of the marble floors executed with the Palladian arrangements, a comfortable glazed veranda overlooking the internal garden of approx. 400, rich in citrus trees, the same garden that in time gives the name to the vico behind the property ("Vico Aranci"). Today the property consists of a main body, as well as two other detached units and precisely:

The ceilings of the dwelling are the expression of the typical Lecce vaulted ceilings, together with the flooring and all the details of the structure, from the capitals of the columns to the frames on the windows, giving the house the uniqueness that only stately historical houses can be distinguished.
The main building develops a total covered area of ​​approx. 440 and mq. 80 approximately for the units detached from the main building; the entire structure was built on a plot of approx. 1000.
