VALCHIUSELLA, ISSIGLIO - Immersed in the woods of the valley, with excellent exposure to the sun. The cottage is totally independent, arranged on three levels covered by the new roof built in 2013. The first and second floor also enjoy a view of the panoramic terraces, with an open view over the valley. Water and electricity are already connected to the municipal supplies, while the pit is to be built as well as the bathroom. Currently there is a project for the restructuring and recovery of the rustic, which can be reached by car with the last approximately center meters of dirt roads.
