The central part of the establishment, behind the disco and facing the sea, is characterized by a rectangular structure in which are housed the management office and the infirmary, a further room used as an office and the bar with its kitchen area.
The bar, develops on three sides, is surrounded by a spacious porch with sea view where are placed the various tables available to customers. In the well-maintained kitchen, perfect to prepare fast dishes. Around the porch and located in various parts of the gardens there are placed gazebos for enjoy lunches or even just to relax.
Proceeding from the gardens to the beach you can immediately notice the wide sea front of 60 meters, where they are located 130 umbrellas and 16 tents positioned in order to guarantee privacy to all guests.
Worthy of note is the attention paid to customers through the provision of pedal boats and canoes in free use and the presence of a mini club for children.
The building that houses the disco, developed on one level on the ground floor of about 550 square meters, is located at the entrance of the bathing establishment.
Inside we are welcomed by the reception, followed by the cloakroom and the large rectangular room with recent furnishings and a ceramic flooring, redone in 2014. Close to the large bar you have the rooms dedicated to staff, the office for food and drinks sorting and another office.
Furthermore, there is the possibility to expand this area, creating a full kitchen for those who want to offer the restaurant service into the huge room. The disco is completed by the two areas dedicated to the toilets with 4 bathrooms for women and 4 for men.
This bathing establishment, thanks to the wide spaces, the good maintenance conditions and the possibility to carry out an activity throughout the year, turns out to be a really interesting investment.
