We are pleased to be able to present the great work of this conservative restoration of an eighteenth-century building in the historic center of Turin: the historic Augustinian convent between via delle Orfane and via Santa Chiara is transformed into a contemporary condominium with a multiplicity of forms and uses: a new concept of living the history and the future at the Quadrilatero di Torino. A new condominium idea has been created, suitable for the contemporary dynamic class of young professionals, PhD students, knowledge commuters and anyone who chooses Turin even for a medium term. Inside, the ancient rooms of the convent are transformed into apartments of various sizes, from the open space studio to the multi-room, the result of a study on the single extremely functional and minimal living cell but inserted in an existing context.
