Reference Code VEN1003 – Enel sells property for residential use located in Via Alpini in Auronzo di Cadore (BL), dating back to the 1950s served by the municipal road. The building, consisting of four floors above ground, was built with a reinforced concrete frame structure and brick infills/dividers, the roof is made of single-pitched wood. Over the decades the building has been the subject of extraordinary maintenance interventions and adaptation of the systems that are still functioning. There are four apartments on the first and second floors with adjoining ancillary rooms (cellar, garage and common heating plant on the ground floor, storage rooms and common attic on the third floor), all with the same composition:
First and Second Floor: Corridor, Bathroom, N. 3 Bedrooms and Kitchen-Dining Room;
Ground Floor: Shared Garage, Warehouse and CT, Cellar;
Third Floor: Shared Storage Room and Attic;
According to the PRG, the building is included in areas intended for industrial activities (Art. 11); these areas are intended to accommodate plants for industrial and artisan activities and storage of construction materials. The homes are limited exclusively to those necessary for the custodial staff. Before signing the deed of sale, Enel Green Power Italia SpA undertakes to present the necessary paperwork for subdivision and new land registration. The surface area of the area being sold is indicative (approximately 20 m2), the final size will only be possible after the subdivision.
