In the map of the Napoleonic cadastre, at the beginning of the 19th century, the existence of the town of Mazzacavallo is documented. Over the following centuries this building has undergone renovations and new additions, which give rise to a long block of flats comprising the miller's house, granaries and warehouses connected to each other by a portico that leads into an internal courtyard open into a garden. Along the right bank of the main street there was also a holiday home, that of the Morosini nobles, also owners of the mills, next to the latter two other old buildings completely restored. The whole aggregation including two ancient buildings with the two branches of the Muson have the appearance of a picturesque village and very suggestive, worthy of being recovered and enhanced.
