Penthouse via Pian Margheridone 610, Fanano

It is just above the center of the village that the plateau that houses this beautiful apartment on the first floor is located.
I do not know why, I love the plateaus: I am so fascinated by their characteristic of being flat and at altitude thus have all the advantages of a "rough" environment with that of the mountain territory.
This plateau is called Pian Margheritone and is characterized by the presence of a large and beautiful manor house plus three multi-family buildings: small, modern, efficient buildings and well finished.
Parking my car. We are not far from the town center and its beautiful shops, but it is more convenient to get there by car especially if you have to bring objects and bags with you, otherwise it is a nice panoramic walk. Precisely because I have all the photographic equipment with me, I chose the car today.
It is a beautiful spring day: it is sunny and the sky is blue and it feels good.
I get out of the car and I I look around, the parking lot is almost empty: in this season few people live here, the houses are mainly used for holiday home use.
The apartment I am talking about today is part of the first intervention carried out in the area, the most sought after and finished. The architects who designed this building studied the typical characteristics of the ancient village of Fanano. Features and details that then brought back here in a modern key. Do you think that there is no apartment like the other! It looks like a village that has grown a little at a time ... just as our beautiful old Italian villages were born and raised.
One thing I always liked are the fake water wells that are actually the lights of the garage ...
But let's go ahead and go and see the apartment. I climb my stone stairs, open the gate and enter the panoramic loggia. The parapets of the stairs and the loggia are of the "Tuscan" type, widely used also in this part of Emilia just on the border with Tuscany.
I enter the apartment and immediately notice a sitting room with fireplace on the right, in front I have the dining table and further in a beautiful kitchen in dark walnut at sight.
To the left, illuminated by three beautiful windows, I have a good sitting area with a nice sofa. above, very high there is the exposed roof: bold in structure and very suggestive.
From the hall I can access the hallway which leads me into a large blue bathroom and further into the room with two very bright windows.
Very nice and well furnished.
The terrace is panoramic.
It is a house that conveys positive sensations, above all I like the tea lounge ...
