The villa is located within the Nature Reserve of the Island of Lampedusa, an area characterized by a very high landscape and environmental value, facing one of the most beautiful beaches on the island and in the Mediterranean, the beach of rabbits, which accessed directly from the property. Access to the bedroom on the first floor is via a large terrace which leads to the fourth bedroom, also with private bathroom. - Second building - The ground floor consists of two rooms, the first larger accessible from the garden is used as a laundry room, the second also accessible from the internal patio of the villa is used as a fifth bedroom, this one also equipped with its own small toilet service. Internally the villa is in good maintenance conditions with terracotta floors, wall and ceiling coverings with painted plaster and internal wooden doors.
