maintaining the typical rural architecture of the area, surrounded by
about 3,5 hectares of land with beautifull olive grove. The position is
panoramic and hilly, easily accessible, reserved
The nearest town, a point of reference for daily purchases is Bevagna.
Description of buildings The farmhouse is spread over three levels for
a total area of 408 m2. The ground floor consists of 5 large warehouses
eeasly attachable each other. The big size allow to have 8 bedrooms with bath
and a big leaving area.

Outdoor spaces The farmhouse is surrounded by approximately 3,5 hectares
of land with a productive olive grove. The area adjacent to the building
is flat and would be perfect for creating a panoramic terrace with a
pergola to enjoy the view, sunbathe or eat outside.
The large surrounding space allows the construction of a swimming pool
in a favorable position with respect to the sun.
