Moreover, on the basement, there are the changing rooms and showers for staff, various warehouses and the technical room for hot water production.
Between the two wagons perpendicular to the sea, there is the relax area covered by a gazebo, a children’s play area, outdoor showers and a paved area, of about 80 square meters with sea view, reserved for guests of the restaurant bar and covered with stainless steel tensile structure where 60 people can sit.
The beach has 100 umbrellas all spaced between them for greater privacy of the clientele. All the furnishings are made by aluminum and in good condition.
It should be noted that the concession of the bathing establishment has a project and authorization for the construction of a swimming pool in the central part of the establishment. This project has been included in the formal act, to be renewed, with a deadline in 2037.
