The building area is located on the edge of the Vallone hamlet, about 5 km from the town. The hamlet has characteristics typical of small urban centers, with the presence of shops and some public structures. Overall, the area has a horizontal slope and around 2/3 of it must be used as a green area.
Urbanistically, the area falls in the CR2/G area for mainly residential use, with the exception of parcels 86-87-88-89 falling in homogeneous territorial area E. The construction of the neighborhood road must be completed and the green area of 9,008 square meters and the public parking of 682 square meters will have to be sold. The gross usable area still achievable is approximately 2,250 sqm.
