At the foot of Mount Pedicino, the hamlet of Scifelli appears in an oasis of peace and tranquility. Of particular importance are the church dedicated to Our Lady of Good Counsel and a former Redemptorist college attached to the church, which for many years was an important source of pride for the town from a cultural but also an economic point of view. The building was built in the eighteenth century by the Cistercian monks of the Casamari Abbey, one of the most important Italian monasteries of Cistercian Gothic architecture that stands nearby. In a convenient area to reach the highway that connects Ferentino to Sora, we offer an independent building on two levels. The property consists of kitchen, bedroom, closet and bathroom on the ground floor; corridor, kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor. The property includes a rural annex of about 30 square meters and an appurtenant land of 18,500 square meters.
