Arzachena - Naseddu locality. In the immediate outskirts of the town, towards Sant'Antonio di Gallura, we have an area of about 17 hectares of irrigated land with an old house to be restored. The property is equipped with a large stable in a bad state of maintenance of about 400 square meters, as well as an old rural building of about 60 square meters entirely made of stone, also totally to be restored. Currently the property is granted on loan for use to a local company that breeds selected cattle. From different studies and urban planning proposals carried out to the administration, it was found that the area in its complexity enjoys an ideal position for developments related to the agronomic and livestock sector, although based on current regulatory provisions a large part of the land subject of sale fall in zone D / 1 for industrial and artisanal settlements, partly in zone C / 7 of expansion and redevelopment of rural villages and residential centralization centers in the countryside, and partly in agricultural land. The land has a good fence around its entire perimeter, with dry stone walls and part in metal mesh. It has several entrances with iron gates.
