SLEEPS 8 and comfortable sofa bed for an additional two people, for a total of 10 beds, 15 minutes from Castello Tesino in Passo Brocon, at 1600 meters above sea level, for lovers of nature and tranquility, we offer for rent for short periods (weekend or week) Chalet set in a splendid landscape, and a stone's throw from the Malga Cavallara where, in the summer you can find excellent dairy products and, for trekking enthusiasts and mountain bikers, numerous paths that wind near the Chalet . In winter for ski lovers at 700 meters we find the ski slopes of the "Funivie Lagorai." with 20 km of ski lifts and cross-country trails. The Chalet can accommodate up to 9 people, is composed on the first floor, with access from an external staircase, of: entrance, small hall with service bathroom on the right and armored entrance door on the left, living room with wood-burning fireplace, table for 8 people , sofa bed, kitchenette with peninsula and 2 stools (induction hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster and American coffee machine),
corridor, first bedroom with double bed and cot second bedroom with bunk bed, third bedroom with double bed and bunk bed, bathroom with window and shower and washer-dryer. On the ground floor we find the garden of about 500 meters and the cellar/storage room with table football, barbecue and table with 10 chairs. The chalet also has a high chair for children, a swing and various indoor and outdoor games (football goal , badminton rackets and bowls, constructions etc..).
Delivered complete with blankets and clean sheets, vacuum cleaner, iron, hairdryer. Equipped with radiator heating with thermostat for each room, external lighting throughout the property, private parking for 4 cars -- SERVICES: the main services are located in the nearby village of Castello Tesino.
PRICES: WEEKEND (2 nights-3 days ) low season - 500.00 - high season 600.00 -- WEEK 7 nights: - low season: 1,120.00 - high season - 1,680.00. MINIMUM STAY: When not expressly specified, the stay is intended for 3 days (2 nights), except during the high season (from the first week of July to the last week of August and from the third week of December to the second week of January inclusive) when a minimum stay of one week is required. THE PRICE IS CALIBRATED BASED ON THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE WHO WILL STAY IN THE CHALET, cleaning costs of € 150.00 (laundry etc) to be paid upon arrival, tourist tax € 1.00 per person over 14 and management €5.00 per day. Not accessible for the disabled. Small pets are accepted. NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE
