The farm is located near the medieval village of Montescudaio, in the province of Pisa.

It is an ancient two-storey farmhouse, dating back to 1750, located in a part of Tuscany suited to vines and olive trees, on cool and silent hills , just 10 kilometers from the sea.
The interior:
The high vaulted brick ceilings, the roof with wooden beams and the thick stone walls give the villa an authentic, entirely Tuscan charm: a rustic treasure chest containing elements antiques and fine finishes, such as stone fireplaces, cross vaults, Impruneta terracotta floors and colored plaster.
Currently the building is divided into 3 independent apartments, which can however be easily reconnected in order to restore the original space arrangements. The total surface area is approximately 700 m2.

The outside:
The village of Montescudaio, known for its DOC wines, is located a short distance from the sea, along the "Etruscan coast", and is located along the south bank of the Cecina river. Just going down from the village towards the river.
