Trullo Contrada Sorba, Monopoli

Location: two beautiful recently restored trulli dwellings located a few minutes drive from the Adriatic coast.
Description: these two trullo dwellings are distinct and separate, but an internal connection could be created to have a single large dwelling. The first house includes a main trullo where is the living room with a fireplace, there are then the kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom as well as a storage/laundry room. The second house also has a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
Conditions: renovation of the two houses dates back a few years ago, but the whole property is in an excellent state of maintenance.
Installations: the property is equipped with all the systems including the heating system and the alarm system. There is a large water cistern that is fed by the public rural network and the septic tank.
Land: the complex of trulli is independent on 4 sides and includes a land planted with olive trees and fruit trees of about 6,500 square meters.
Outdoor spaces: the property is fenced with dry stone walls and entrance driveway gate. Wide paved squares on both sides of the entrances and barbecue area.
