Single-family detached house via Fosso 11, San Cassiano

Ancient free-standing building (it can therefore take advantage of the superbonus for important parts of the renovation), including the ancient oven of the town, in the heart of Salento, entirely to be restored.

In the historic center of San Cassiano, behind the elegant main square, overlooks a small square recently repaved with local stone, equipped with street furniture. The building consists of 13 rooms, some of which are very large, on a total of 220 m2 distributed over 4 levels, with 3 independent entrances, plus another 110 m2 of terraces and a small balcony. The rooms have high ceilings with star vaults and original fireplaces. The size can be increased by 20% with the house plan, taking advantage of part of the terraces and reaching 300 commercial square meters. The number of entrances and compartments allows for great flexibility of use. Our architect can provide a project on request.
